with your purchase and always endeavour to make buying Earth Shoes from
us, quick, easy and trouble-free. Please note the following terms that
we adhere to.
RETURNS:
NON-FAULTY ITEMS
- Must be returned within 21 days of date of purchase- UK, Channel
Isles, N.Ireland
- Must be returned within 30 days of date of issue – rest of
EU
- Please check with your local Post Office- you may need to attach
a customs declaration
- Please enclose the RETURNS FORM provided, stating reason for return
etc
- Must be in the original, undamaged, box
- Must be unworn, in brand new condition
- Purchaser will be responsible for cost of sending non-faulty items to us; the shipping out of the replacement goods will be free unless the purchaser requires the Premium Returns Service, which is chargeable.
- We recommend returning any goods to us by Special Delivery for an insured, trackable service.
- Free carriage applies to shipping out ONE exchange pair only. If the goods are required to be exchanged again, a charge of £4.50 will be made.
We will then either exchange for another style/ size, provided that is
of the same value. If you should choose a style with a different price,
we will either charge or refund the difference.
N.B. You will be responsible for the postage costs of returning
the item.
Of course, if we have made a mistake in either sending the wrong style,
size, or colour, we will refund your card with all postage costs.
FAULTY ITEMS:
All Earth Shoes are extremely well made, but, if you think that there
may be a manufacturing fault, please return the product for examination.
If we deem the fault to be the result of general wear and tear, excessive
wear, abuse or poor fitting, we reserve the right to return the shoes
to you and charge any postage costs involved.
This does not in any way affect your statutory rights if the product has
a manufacturing fault.
In the unlikely event of a fault being found, we will, obviously, be glad
to offer you an exchange or refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We regret, orders cannot be altered or cancelled once they have been processed.
